With this agreement, Deviteck is authorized to sell and promote Lanternn by ValerannTM - a flagship solution for intelligent road traffic monitoring. This partnership strengthens Valerann’s position in Latin America and complements the existing Deviteck portfolio of ATMS products.
The agreement comes at a time when the Transportation industry is facing multiple challenges: growing populations are rapidly increasing the number of vehicles on the road, which results in heavier traffic, poor traffic predictions, increased CO2 emissions and growing road safety concerns. At the same time, these increasing numbers of vehicles - together with crowdsourcing, social media applications, and weather forecasts - are important data sources which contain valuable road traffic information. The results of cleansing, timely processing, and data analysis provide road traffic operators with critical knowledge of road traffic situations, empowering them to make accurate data-driven decisions that save money and lives.
