Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager, excited by the challenges and opportunities presented by an ambitious, fast moving start-up. As the champion of our users, you will be obsessed with providing a world-class experience and driving the delivery of innovative new solutions. Able to bridge the gap between the commercial and technical parts of the business, you will ensure we prioritise, develop and release valuable features to meet our objectives and to solve real-world problems.

The role will involve:

• Collaborating with the Head of Product to develop and maintain the Product Roadmap.
• Owning objectives and defining a plan to achieve those objectives.
• Leading refinement of Epics, User Stories and other tasks in collaboration with Developers, UX/UI and QA in readiness for Sprint Planning.
• Leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to make product decisions.
• Ensuring the integrity of our Product, whilst driving rapid, iterative development.
• Validating and monitoring Product KPI’s and testing new iterations.
• Liaising with Commercial stakeholders to understand the needs of prospective clients, existing users and other strategic business opportunities.
• Communicating the status of new developments or projects, including highlighting risks, mitigations and trade-offs.
• Enabling end-to-end development from idea to post-release analysis.
• Advocating for a Product-centric approach throughout the business.
• Supporting the Project Management of new client projects and integrations.

You will have proven experience:

• As a Product Manager or Owner for a SaaS product or application.
• Prioritising and maintaining a Product Backlog aligned to an overall roadmap.
• Identifying and driving initiatives to meet business and Product objectives.
• Participating as an active member of an Agile development team.
• Gathering and refining requirements to enable UX/UI design and technical development.
• Collaborating with partners and clients to develop valuable end-user solutions.
• Coordinating complex dependencies to achieve smooth delivery cycles.
• Monitoring, measuring and analysing the success and impact of a product.
